LUCKNOW, Oct. 9 -- The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will now appoint both a spokesperson and a media in-charge for the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, revising its plan of appointing only a spokesperson. The selection is likely to be made at the Trust's meeting scheduled for December 2, people familiar with the matter said. The names of Sangh and Vishva Hindu Parishad-linked functionaries have been forwarded to the Trust for both posts and screening has begun, according to the people. The Trust CEO is vetting the names, checking work experience, background and role in the organisation. Two senior Sangh and VHP office bearers have already met the CEO. They were interviewed about their experience in handling media, organisational track record and ideological grounding, the people said.
