Barnala, June 1 -- Police have booked an unidentified man for celebratory firing in the air after declaration of civic poll results in Barnala on May 29. In his complaint, Harmeet Singh, a social media operator in cyber crime cell, Barnala, said a video circulating on social media showed a person firing a shot in the air, endangering public lives and violating the district magistrate's orders against firing a weapon in a public area.
