Portal resolves 3-yr-old mutation case in a day
AMRITSAR, June 21 -- The Easy Jamabandi Portal, a flagship initiative by the Punjab government to simplify revenue department functions, has successfully resolved a land mutation case pending for over three years in just a day, said deputy commissioner Sakshi Sawhney on Friday. She said the portal provides online services for mutation, jamabandi, land record subscription, correction of records, and online reports.
The North American Punjabi Association (NAPA) on Friday appealed to the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) to safeguard the copies of Guru Granth Sahib kept at a gurdwara in war-hit Tehran.
