Pawan Mutneja appointed as Haryana ag
Chandigarh, Aug. 23 -- The Haryana government has appointed senior advocate Pawan Mutneja as the advocate general replacing Pravindra Chauhan who has been appointed as an additional judge at the Punjab and Haryana high court.
Mutneja returns to the state's law office after nearly 27 years, having served as an additional advocate general from 1996 to 1999 during the rule of Bansi Lal-led HVP-BJP coalition.
As a lawyer, Mutneja has handled cases of constitutional law, labour and industrial law, land acquisition cases, arbitration matters, consumer protection and service laws.htc...
