ROHTAK, July 27 -- Congress MP from Rohtak Deepender Singh Hooda on Sunday alleged that the Centre and state governments had failed to provide a fair and transparent examination system, leaving lakhs of aspirants facing uncertainty despite years of preparation. During his visit to Sonepat's Gohana, Deepender said that paper leaks had become a serious concern and the government had "not taken effective steps to prevent such incidents". "The dreams of the youth are being repeatedly shattered because of examination irregularities. The government should take moral responsibility and ensure accountability," the MP said, demanding strict action against those responsible. The Congress leader said students invest years of hard work, money and time in preparing for competitive examinations, but leaks and cancellations create frustration among them.
