India, Oct. 3 -- A ctor Nushrratt Bharuccha has suffered a spinal fracture in an accident in Bali and remains hospitalised there, with her team preparing to bring her back to Mumbai for further treatment. The 41-year-old, who was in Indonesia for a work-cum-holiday trip, remained under medical observation till the time of going to press and was expected to be flown to Mumbai in an air ambulance, according to a statement from her team. She is likely to undergo spine surgery. Bharuccha had shared glimpses from her trip on social media about a week before the accident. The injury comes shortly after she joined the cast of an upcoming action film directed by Remo D'Souza and starring Tiger Shroff. Her team has requested privacy, adding that she will need time to recover and that her work commitments over the next few weeks are likely to be affected.
