India, Oct. 11 -- The Delhi High Court on Friday sought actor Salman Khan's response to a petition filed by the makers of Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy, vying for the rejection of Salman's suit against the movie, citing lack of territorial jurisdiction. He had earlier sought restraint on the release of the film purportedly based on him. Meanwhile, Salman's lawyers, Parag Khandhar and Chandrima Mitra, tell us, "According to us, this application has no valid legal basis and Delhi High Court has jurisdiction to entertain this suit."
