No power cuts in Punjab from May 1: Arora
CHANDIGARH, April 28 -- The Punjab government is making comprehensive preparations to tackle a sharp surge in electricity demand amid the ongoing heatwave, said power minister Sanjeev Arora, adding that there would be no power cuts in the state from May 1.
