Chandigarh, June 24 -- Former Hisar MP Brijendra Singh on Tuesday said that the arrest of IAS officers in the bank fraud in Haryana was just a scratch on the surface. "Bureaucrats can't dare to move massive public funds without a political umbrella. This cover-up should be stopped and the political masters who masterminded this money heist need to be exposed,'' Singh, a former Haryana IAS officer, said in a post on X.
