India, March 29 -- B efore becoming Hamza Ali Mazari's (Ranveer Singh) trusted aide in Dhurandhar The Revenge, Rizwan, played by celebrity trainer-turned-actor Mustafa Ahmed, had a brief but striking introduction in the first film, released in 2025. In a scene also featuring Aalam (Gaurav Gera), the two undercover agents exchange an intense, knowing glance, a moment that has since gone viral, with viewers calling it "peak detailing by Aditya Dhar". "That's my first dialogue scene in the film. I rehearsed a lot, and on the day of the shoot, we were clear about where it was leading. The look we share suggests we know each other, but it had to remain subtle. I think Ranveer and my off-screen chemistry really helped," Mustafa says. Asked whether the director had given a specific brief, he adds, "There was no direct brief. From the narration, we knew our characters had trained together at the academy. But while shooting, there were no instructions. Ranveer and I approached it naturally, keeping in mind the intensity and backstory." Speaking about how Dhurandhar came his way, Mustafa says, "When he was working on the film, he called me. I was already on board to train Ranveer, whom I've known for over eight years. Aditya sir felt our off-screen chemistry would translate well on screen and suggested I audition. I went to Mukesh Chhabra's office, gave the audition, and unexpectedly landed the role of Rizwan." He adds, "I've trained many actors on Aditya sir's projects and was initially brought on to train Vicky Kaushal for The Immortal Ashwatthama, which was announced in 2020 but later shelved. Over the years, I've told him how much I admire his work and wanted to collaborate. He first cast me in Dhoom Dhaam (2025), where I played a stripper."...
