Mohali, Nov. 3 -- Two motorcycle-borne men robbed a retired judicial member of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, of his mobile phone outside a temple near Sector 74-A, Mohali, on Saturday night. The victim, Suresh Kumar Moga, a retired judicial member-cum-head of department (HOD) of the tribunal, was walking when the men intercepted him and snatched the device from his hands. A case under Section 304 (snatching) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has been registered against unidentified persons. Moga said the men were wearing masks, so he could not see their faces. He was also unable to jot down the two-wheeler's registration number. Police said they are scanning closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras near the temple and adjoining areas to trace the accused....
