SBS NAGAR, June 7 -- A 23-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly strangling a 16-year-old girl to death, stuffing her body into a suitcase and setting it ablaze in a forest in Punjab's Hoshiarpur, police said, adding that the accused has claimed he was in a relationship with the victim's mother. According to officials, the charred body of the victim, a resident of Nawanshahr, was recovered from the Khuralgarh Sahib forest area on Friday evening.
