Chandigarh, Oct. 23 -- A resident of Dhanas was duped of Rs.8 lakh by an unknown person claiming to be a currency seller. According to the complaint, Shiv Karan Singh, an auto driver, saw an advertisement on Facebook for getting cash for old coins on September 15, 2026. He got in contact with the accused who duped him of Rs.8 lakh on the pretext of purchasing coins from him. After he complained to the police, a cheating case has been registered at the cyber crime police station. The accused is yet to be arrested....
