Chandigarh, Aug. 17 -- The school celebrated India's 80th Independence day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The school was beautifully decorated with tricolor theme, creating a festive atmosphere. The celebration began with the unfurling of the National flag by the school chairman Vishal Ranjan and director Aarti Ranjan accompanied by the principal and staff, followed by singing the National anthem. Students from kindergarten to Class 8 participated in the series of cultural events, including patriotic dances, skits, showcasing their talent and love for the nation. A special address by the director emphasised the significance of the day and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters, she also highlighted the need for students to become responsible citizens and contribute to the country's growth and development.
