India, Oct. 4 -- On Friday, actor Komal Rani Swarnkar broke her silence over speculations surrounding her alleged romantic relationship with co-star Govinda. This comes after the duo's September 22 visit to Mumbai's Lalbaugcha Raja, where she was seen wearing sindoor. In a series of Instagram Stories, Swarnkar wrote, "Some actresses whose careers have gone cold, whose films are no longer working at the box office, seem to have nothing left except their washed-out brand tags... are trying to stay relevant by sticking their noses into other people's ongoing controversies." She continued that she will continue being seen with Govinda to promote their upcoming film, Roopa. "If that bothers anyone, let them burn," Swarnkar wrote, adding she will not take "lessons on sindoor" from women "whose own marriages are falling apart": "I do not consider such women worthy of judging me." Earlier, several social media users, including actor Divya Khossla, had questioned the circumstances surrounding Swarnkar wearing sindoor.
