KV-31 teachers' association holds discussion with DC
Chandigarh, July 16 -- A delegation from All India Kendriya Vidyalaya Teachers Association (AIKVTA) (Chandigarh Region) extended a formal and warm welcome to the deputy commissioner, Anurag Bhatnagar. On this occasion, AIKVTA Chandigarh region's regional general secretary Keval Sanga, regional president Jitendra Singh, and other esteemed members of the central executive committee (CEC) felicitated him with a floral bouquet and conveyed their best wishes for a successful tenure.
Following the welcome, a detailed discussion took place in a cordial and positive atmosphere regarding various important issues concerning employee welfare. The delegation presented matters to the deputy commissioner, including service-related grievances of teachers and staff, administrative difficulties, transfers, promotions, seniority, working conditions, and other welfare-related issues. Bhatnagar, heard all the issues raised by the delegation with seriousness and sensitivity. He assured them that every possible effort would be made to resolve the genuine and legitimate grievances of the employees as quickly as possible, in accordance with the rules and organisational provisions. He also emphasised the need to further strengthen positive dialogue and mutual cooperation between the staff and the administration.
AIKVTA Chandigarh region expressed its gratitude to Bhatnagar for sparing his time, adopting a positive approach, and demonstrating sensitivity towards employee interests. The delegation expressed confidence that, through constructive dialogue and cooperation between the administration and AIKVTA, issues concerning employee welfare would continue to be effectively resolved in the future....
