Shimla/ Dharamshala, Aug. 10 -- The Kiratpur-Manali four-lane highway has been closed to all vehicular traffic beyond Mandi Bharari Chowk in Bilaspur district following continuous felling of rocks near the Mehla area, police said on Sunday.
