Chandigarh, July 31 -- An educational visit to the bird park was organised for the students of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No 3 BRD in collaboration with Hindustan Times (HT). A total of 48 students, accompanied by three teachers, participated enthusiastically in the excursion. The visit aimed to create awareness about bird conservation, biodiversity, and environmental sustainability . A wide variety of indigenous and exotic bird species in their natural-like habitats. They learned about the birds' feeding habits, adaptations, nesting patterns, and the importance of conserving wildlife. The interactive session at the bird park encouraged students to ask questions.
