Kejriwal to visit Punjab from June 27 to 29
Chandigarh, June 23 -- After BJP national president Nitin Nabin's three-day maiden visit to Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal is set to undertake a three-day tour of the state starting June 27.
Announcing this, Punjab tourism and cultural affairs department adviser Deepak Bali said Kejriwal, along with chief minister Bhagwant Mann, will participate in three devotional events titled "Ek Sham Bhagwan Shiv De Naam" to be held in Amritsar, Gurdaspur and Batala.
He said the programmes will organised at Ranjit Avenue Grounds, Amritsar, on June 27; Government College, Gurdaspur, on June 28; and SL Bawa School Ground, Batala, on June 29.
Kejriwal and Mann will attend these events as devotees and participate in the spiritual gatherings, he added. htc...
