Ranchi, Oct. 6 -- Garhwa MLA Satyendranath Tiwari was booked for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Rupi Soren, mother of Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, officials said Monday. The FIR was registered at Ranka police station on a complaint by Shravan Singh Kharwar, who alleged Tiwari made objectionable comments in a YouTube video on September 28 that later went viral.
