Mohali, Aug. 20 -- Infant Jesus Convent School, Phase 11 celebrated Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The celebration commenced with a warm welcome and a brief presentation on the significance of Independence Day, followed by a prayer seeking blessings for the nation. The school manager, Tharthius, and the principal, Vanitha Veena Rebello, hosted the National Flag. The NCC cadets and drum squad added dignity and discipline to the ceremony. The gathering then moved to the basement for a vibrant cultural programme. Students presented a series of patriotic performances, including a patriotic dance, a skit, a lively rap and a patriotic dance.
