New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- India on Monday rejected the Permanent Court of Arbitration's order setting aside its decision to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) with Pakistan, saying it had never recognised the existence of the "illegally-constituted" court in The Hague.
