Holy Mary's School organises investiture ceremony '26-27
Mohali, May 12 -- Holy Mary's School, Banur, organised its Investiture Ceremony with great enthusiasm to formally induct the newly elected Student Council for the academic session 2026-27. The event served as a significant occasion to emphasise the ideals of leadership grounded in discipline, dedication, and service.
Adarsh Bagga was appointed as the Head Boy, while Dashmeet Kaur assumed the role of head girl. Along with them, key positions were conferred upon student counsellor Ananya, Sports Captains Ishpreet Singh and Husanpreet Kaur, Student Representative Jashnoor Kaur, and Vice Sports Captains Akash and Aliza. The young leaders were honoured with badges and sashes, marking the beginning of their responsibilities.
The ceremony also included the formal appointment of House Captains and vice-captains of Gandhi, Nehru, Tagore, and Teresa Houses, strengthening the school's spirit of unity and leadership.
Director CC Devassy, in his address, encouraged students to lead with honesty, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility. Principal Shiny Devassy urged them to remain disciplined and committed while fulfilling their duties.
