Rohtak, Dec. 11 -- Developed under the UDAN scheme, Hisar airport is struggling to draw passengers.

The Hisar airport upgrade is expected to be completed in two years. An integrated aviation hub is being developed over 7,200 acres in Hisar, with 4,200 acres allocated for the airport and 3,000 acres for a manufacturing cluster that will house aerospace industries, logistics parks, and food-processing units....
