Chandigarh, May 31 -- The Punjab and Haryana high court has placed former special judge of the Panchkula CBI court, Rajeev Goyal, under suspension with immediate effect pending the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against him. Goyal is currently posted as additional district and sessions judge, Kaithal. The HC order states that during the suspension period, Goyal's headquarters will remain at Kaithal. SEE PAGE 3...
