New Delhi/Shimla, Oct. 6 -- The Himachal Pradesh high court has ordered the state government to stop using "anti-hail guns", a device that stops hail from forming in storm clouds, in two villages in Shimla district for a year, citing concerns that the machines may be ineffective and just displace the rain clouds.
