Jalandhar, Sept. 10 -- Guru Nanak Foundation Global School successfully hosted a two-day model united nations (MUN) conference on August 24 and 25 providing students with a platform to develop diplomacy, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills. The conference began on Monday, August 24, with a brief inaugural ceremony. Principal Harleen Kaur formally declared the MUN open and encouraged the delegates to participate with confidence and responsibility. The second day, Tuesday, August 25, witnessed the closing ceremony, which was attended by director Sardar Partap Singh, chief guest Lovi Raj Gupta, pro vice-chancellor, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, and guest of honour Colonel Ajay Tehlan, VSM. They addressed and inspired the young delegates with their valuable words on leadership, discipline, and global awareness.
