Chandigarh, Sept. 29 -- Students of Classes 1 and 2 of Government Model High School, Sector-50 participated in the Reading Mela 2026. Under the guidance of incharge Renu Bala, the event beautifully showcased how abstract concepts can be brought to life through hands-on teaching-learning materials (TLMs) on exploring plants, matrao ki rail, playing with prepositions and interactive engagement through games like word ludo, seed sorting, maths magic. Students presented concepts and activities like show & tell, poems on traffic rules. The guests of the event, pedagogy coordinator Komal, cluster principal Savinder Singh and CRC Paramjeet Kaur, appreciated the oratory skills of students in activity -India speaks.
