Panchkula, July 23 -- Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 15, Panchkula organised a workshop on "Gender Sensitivity" under the aegis of CBSE with the objective of promoting awareness, inclusivity and respect for gender diversity within the school environment. The workshop aimed to equip educators with practical strategies to create safe, equitable and empathetic classrooms. Teachers actively participated in interactive sessions, discussions and reflective activities that highlighted the importance of gender equality, unbiased classroom practices and the role of educators in shaping responsible and sensitive individuals.
