Chandigarh, April 2 -- Around 500 trophies and certificates were distributed to meritorious students during the 68th annual prize distribution function of the Post Graduate Government College for Girls (PGGCG), Sector 11, on Wednesday. The event honoured the exceptional achievements of students across various domains. Punjab and Haryana high court (HC) judge and college alumna justice Nidhi Gupta was the chief guest. Around 500 trophies and prizes were distributed to meritorious students. Key institutional milestones of college include winning the overall trophy for the 11th consecutive year in the Panjab University Zonal Youth & Heritage Festival, receiving the best institute (senior wing) award for NCC activities and recognition for environmental conservation and sustainable development, and "Eat Right Campus" initiatives. Special memorial scholarships were also awarded, including the Pushpa Ojha Award, for the all round best students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels....
