Chandigarh, July 27 -- Former Rajya Sabha member and former chairman of the National Commission for Minorities Tarlochan Singh will be given the inaugural Dr Rattan Singh Jaggi Memorial Award at a ceremony being organised by the Punjab Arts Council, Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Padma Shri Dr Rattan Singh Jaggi Memorial Foundation on Monday.
