Chandigarh, Aug. 24 -- Former senator of Panjab University and BJP leader Davesh Moudgil has written to university chancellor and Vice-President of India CP Radhakrishnan to impose an unfair means case against former Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi who had appeared for an MA public administration exam on August 20. Moudgil, also a former mayor of Chandigarh, alleged that the publication of a photograph taken inside the examination centre was a serious matter. He demanded that the university treat this as an unfair means case, and debar Channi from appearing in any examination for two years, according to university rules and regulations. Moudgil added that according to PU examination rules, mobile phones, cameras or any other electronic devices were prohibited inside the examination centre.
