Srinagar, March 21 -- Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Friday claimed that administrative reshuffles ordered by the Election Commission (EC) would not alter the outcome of the West Bengal assembly elections, expressing confidence in a Trinamool Congress victory.
