India, May 18 -- Dr Nitin Behl, director of gastroenterology at Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana, has been honoured with the prestigious 'Research Achievement Award' by the American Association of Gastroenterologists of Indian Origin (AAGIO) during its annual meeting held alongside Digestive Disease Week 2026 in Chicago.
