Chandigarh, Sept. 22 -- DAV Public School, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh, has brought laurels to the school by securing the silver medal in the Under-17 boys team event at the inter-school State Fencing Tournament 2026-27. The winning team comprised of Yashdeep Dhull - Class 9, Medhansh Duggal - Class 11-A, Jayant - Class 9, Mohammed Faizan - Class 9 and Daksh Pundir - Class 11-B The school also recorded an impressive performance in the Individual Events, with Yashdeep Dhull winning the bronze medal and Medhansh Duggal clinching the silver medal.
