Amritsar, July 24 -- Under the DAV national sports competition, the cluster-Llevel sports meet is being organised from July 17, 2026 to July 18, 2026 with the blessings of Arya Ratan, Punam Suri, president DAV CMC New Delhi and V Singh, director, DAV Public Schools & coordinator, DAV national sports competition, New Delhi. The games are being organised at DAV International School. Under cluster-4, various DAV schools are conducting competitions in cricket, roller skating, wrestling, table tennis and judo. These competitions are being held separately for boys and girls in the Under-14, Under-17 and Under-19 age categories. Approximately 800 students from six DAV schools of Amritsar, Bhikhiwind and Attari are participating in these games. On the first day, in various matches of table tennis, judo, wrestling and taekwondo for boys and girls, DAV International School, Amritsar secured 11 first positions and five second positions; DAV Public School, Rattan secured seven first positions and two second positions; MKD DAV Public School, Attari secured two first positions and three second positions; GND DAV Public School, Bhikhiwind secured one first position; and JRS DAV Public School, Chabal Kalan secured 1 second position....
