Chandigarh, July 12 -- A Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) electric bus lost both of its left-side tyres while in motion near Sector 46 on Saturday. The bus was going from Ramdarbar to Maloya when the incident took place. Around 15 passengers were on board at the time, but no injuries were reported as the driver managed to safely bring the bus to a halt. Eyewitnesses said a loud noise was heard as the tyres detached from the vehicle. A technical fault is suspected to have caused the incident, though the exact reason is yet to be confirmed....
