India, Sept. 26 -- F or millions living with chronic conditions such as endometriosis, the search for relief can be long and exhausting. When conventional treatments fall short, some turn to alternative therapies. European content creator Gabriela recently documented her experience at an Ayurvedic clinic in India, offering a glimpse into her treatment for endometriosis and sparking conversations around traditional healing and the evidence behind alternative therapies. Sharing her journey on Instagram Reels, Gabriela said, "I was diagnosed with endometriosis after many years of pain. I tried hormones, had surgery and even had a baby but nothing worked. Now my endo is stronger than ever. I'm dealing with adenomyosis, severe migraine attacks, pelvic varicose veins, and adhesions all over." She added, "So I came to an Ayurvedic clinic in India for my very first panchakarma. Part of the process is drinking increasing amounts of warm medicated ghee every morning, starting at 20ml, up to 200ml. It helps the body absorb toxins so they can be released. This is my first big step towards taking back my health." In the video, Gabriela documented her daily routine, as her intake of medicated ghee increased from 20ml to 50ml, 80ml, 120ml, and finally 200ml, totalling 500ml over five days. She described consuming the ghee as "the hardest part about her treatment in India". She later clarified, "Panchakarma is an intense process, and I'm taking it step by step under strict medical supervision."...
