CLU fraud probe: ED summons GMADA chief
Chandigarh/Jalandhar, May 18 -- Widening its probe into alleged change of land use (CLU) fraud involving major real estate projects in Punjab, the Enforcement Directorate has summoned the chief administrator of the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority.
The probe agency issued summons to IAS officer Sandeep Kumar 10 days after it conducted raids at 12 sites across Chandigarh and Mohali under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
