Chandigarh, Aug. 14 -- Union agriculture minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union food and public distribution minister Pralhad Joshi will be reaching Chandigarh on Friday for the launch of Centre's Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)-based direct benefit transfer system under the public distribution system. Punjab governor Gulab Chand Kataria and minister of state for food and public distribution Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya will also be present.
