Bhopal, July 13 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is studying a report filed by All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Delhi, which conducted a second post-mortem on former actress and model Twisha Sharma to confirm she died by suicide, officials familiar with the matter said, requesting anonymity. The AIIMS Delhi medical board, which performed Twisha's second post-mortem on May 24 under the direction of the Madhya Pradesh high court, submitted its final 11-page forensic report on July 10. The report revealed that the ligature marks on the model's neck and the nylon belt allegedly used in suicide matched in the forensic test. "The skin tissue of Twisha Sharma was conformed onthe belt in histopathological test that indicated she died by suicide. As the matter is being probed by CBI so it can't be revealed," said a doctor, privy to the report. Twisha, who got married to lawyer Samarth Singh last December, was found dead at her marital home in Bhopal on May 12. Her family members questioned the first post-mortem report, conducted on May 13 by AIIMS Bhopal, because the ligature test was not performed due to a delay in the police submitting the belt.
