Chandigarh, July 8 -- Carmel Convent School celebrated Van Mahotsav with a series of green initiatives. On Saturday, July 4, 600, saplings were distributed to parents, encouraging every family to plant and nurture a tree. On July 6, the Eco Club and NSS volunteers organised a tree plantation drive on the school campus, while primary students participated in a seed bomb-making activity to promote afforestation.
