Jalandhar, Aug. 5 -- Cambridge Innovative School hosted the final district level deliberation (DLD) presentation on 'Implementing the new CBSE curriculum, computational thinking and artificial intelligence, and AI-ready classrooms' under the CBSE design, learn and document (DLD) framework.The event marked the culmination of the district level capacity building programme, where educators presented innovative classroom practices integrating computational thinking and artificial intelligence in alignment with the new CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020. The presentations reflected research-based implementation, competency-driven pedagogy and a shared commitment to creating AI-ready classrooms.The initiative was greatly enriched by the invaluable mentorship of the appreciation committee. The committee comprised of Shyam Sundar, education strategist and academic mentor associated with IIET and IIM Bangalore; Venkatesan Natarajan, AI and innovation educator associated with IIT Bombay and ISB; Priyanka Bhatia, educationist and research scholar with a doctorate in education from Durham University; Deepa Dogra, district training coordinator (DTC), renowned CBSE resource person and chief academic officer, learning wings education systems; and Sonia Mago, deputy district training coordinator (DDTC), whose guidance and unwavering support were instrumental throughout the initiative. Principals, mentors and presenters from Cambridge Innovative School, Darshan Academy, Delhi Public School, Innocent Hearts School, Kamla Nehru Public School and Swami Sant Dass Public School showcased impactful educational practices and evidence-based innovations.
