New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia has filed a defamation suit before the Delhi High Court against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das over his allegedly defamatory post in which he claimed that Bhatia called right wing influencer Swatantra Bhardwaj a "dimagi naxal". Bhatia's suit, which also names CJP founder Abhijit Dipke and co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka as defendants, and seeks Rs.2 crore as damages was filed after Das shared an AI-generated graphic on September 5. Das later deleted the post after Bhatia's warning. However, Das clarified on X that the graphic was AI-generated and questioned Bhatia on whether he "disagreed" with the statement attributed to him. In his suit, Bhatia said the post was viewed by more than 1,32,000 viewers immediately. It added that Ranka further amplified the disputed post by reposting it.shruti kakkar...
