Bhavan Vidyalaya students foster religious harmony
Panchkula, July 2 -- As part of the ongoing 7-day National Service Scheme (NSS) camp, the NSS volunteers of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, visited the sacred Mansa Devi Temple and Gurudwara Nada Sahib to promote the values of religious harmony, service and social responsibility.
During the visit, the volunteers learned about the significance of respecting all faiths and experienced India's rich tradition of unity in diversity. The visit provided them with an opportunity to understand that irrespective of religion, the core values of compassion, humanity, equality and selfless service remain the same.
At Gurudwara Nada Sahib, the volunteers enthusiastically participated in sewa (community service). The experience helped them imbibe the virtues of humility, discipline, teamwork and dedication towards the welfare of society.
