India, June 12 -- The DMCH Cancer Care Centre, Ludhiana, in collaboration with the American Oncology Institute, organised a special event to commemorate Cancer Survivor Day 2026 at the centre's Dumra Hall on June 6. Bipin Gupta, secretary, and Dr Neeraj Bishnoi, AVP and regional chief operating officer, North Operations, stressed the growing need for public awareness on cancer prevention, timely screening and access to advanced treatment facilities.
