Chandigarh, April 2 -- A dramatic last-five-second goal by Col Yatinder Singh guided Army Service Corps (ASC) to a thrilling 8-7 win over Remount Veterinary Corps (RVC) on Day 4 of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Polo Cup at the Chandigarh Polo Club on Wednesday. RVC began with a four-goal handicap, but ASC struck early through Yatinder and a 25-yard penalty by ALD D. Santosh. The contest remained tightly poised, ending the first chakkar at 5-5. RVC edged ahead in the second chakkar, with Santosh scoring twice after a brief injury halt to make it 7-5. ASC fought back in the final chakkar to level at 7-7 before Yatinder's last-gasp strike sealed victory. In the second match, GB Legends Chandigarh stormed into the final with a commanding 12-7 win over Artillery.
