Chandigarh, Aug. 7 -- The inaugural day of the Literature Fest 'Galore of Art - Many Stories. One Platform', the maiden edition of the Vidya Parvati Memorial Symposium 2026 at Gurukul Global School organised in collaboration with HT PACE, unfolded with extraordinary energy and enthusiasm. The event was graced by the chief guest, Vivek Atray (IAS, Retd), whose words of wisdom inspired young minds to embrace creativity with confidence and purpose. The occasion was further honoured by the presence of special guest Rajoo Milan, business head - Upper North, HT Media Group, along with the school managing director Parveen Setya and directors Devraj Setya, Deepak Dhiman and Monika Chopra, head, HT PACE, and Rhea Sharma. The first day featured a series of engaging, hands-on workshops and collaborative activities.The Art & Thought session was conducted by Kavya Atray, founder of 'Happiness Through Art', psychologist, and expressive arts facilitator. The Theatre workshop was conducted by Gurmeet, a theatre artist, a talented actor, writer and director. The Spoken Word session was conducted by Avleen, an accomplished poet, writer, zine maker, and two-time TEDx speaker.
