Karnal, Aug. 1 -- The Ambala railway division of Northern Railways loaded a wagon of food grains (rice) for a private party from Ambala Cantt goods shed for Pampore in J&K -a first for this route, officials said on Friday. The initiative received a positive response from the business community in the Valley, following which a total of seven wagons of organic manure were dispatched from Ambala to Anantnag between April and June, and later a wagon of rice to Anantnag, officials said.
