Jalandhar, Sept. 18 -- Teacher's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm, warmth and gratitude at APS Kala Bakra honouring the dedication and invaluable contribution of the teaching fraternity in nurturing young minds. The celebration commenced with an impressive morning assembly specially organised to acknowledge and celebrate the commitment and tireless efforts of the teachers. The programme was followed by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The students enacted the roles of their teachers and portrayed their responsibilities, mannerisms and dedication with great confidence and fineness. Adding vibrancy and charm to the celebration, a colourful cultural programme was presented by the students through soulful performances, thought provoking presentations and heartfelt expressions. The students beautifully depicted the importance of a guru in every student's life. The school premises echoed with with an atmosphere of gratitude, joy and adoration making celebration a truly memorable tribute to the teacher fraternity. The best teacher awards were presented to Ranjana Kumar (Hindi TGT) and Karan Kumar (accountant cum computer teacher) for their dedication and unwavering commitment to the school.
